 Very disappointed in my purchase Jul 20, 2009
I bought this book about 2 weeks back as i am a seasoned recruiter moving into the physician recruitment field and always look for books or publications like this to add to my knowledge base. I unfortunately put the book down after roughly 10 minutes and felt like i was duped. The book is perfect for a total layman to the recruiting industry, physician or otherwise but not meant for someone with any experience or knowledge in the space. It does offer a slight breakdown to the different facets of the business, but it doesn't any type of information or details that one couldn't pick up for free on any recruiting website. In addition, the best way to learn the business i have found is by networking with already established recruiters who are willing to share there experiences and knowledge. Save your money.

 Great book especially for beginners Apr 01, 2009
This is a great introduction to becoming a physican recruiter. It is thorough, in depth, organized, and easy to read. Includes how to get clients, candidates, laws, immigration, and many more. I like the scripts, how to be courteous and the rationales behind all the things recruiters do. It is a great book for anyone wanting is already a recruiter of any field.
